Jazmyn Duncan brings a decade of nursing and healthcare leadership experience with a focus on improving outcomes for high-risk and rural populations. She holds a Doctorate of Nursing Practice in Executive Leadership and Master’s in Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University.

Jazmyn has lead both single-location and regional nursing teams spanning multiple states in the United States. Throughout her career, she has built and overseen clinical program operations across Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and Veteran populations.

Jazmyn’s expertise lies in designing and scaling solutions that close care gaps, reduce avoidable hospitalizations, and support vulnerable communities. She is passionate about applying these skills in building and growing a company that makes a meaningful difference for its team members, customers, and the communities it serves.
